Our boarding agents work on a 24/7 schedule basis, to ensure that your vessel is met upon arrival, and all necessary requirements are fulfilled efficiently and with the least amount of delay possible.
We understand that each day brings increasing opportunity for to increase our vessel calls, thus our dedication to quality & professionalism, has achieved our status as the largest agency on the island, mostly due to our returning clients, nominated to approx. 90 vessels per month with a 100% attendance to all. Our services remain the most competitive and cost efficient as we try to maintain most of our services “at cost” prices.
Preparation is key on this island as most government operated offices are closed after hours & other limitations abound due to the small size of our island, thus we ensure that all required documentation is received prior to the vessels arrival to avoid any delays whatsoever, keeping constant communication with all parties involved. |
